As of May 1st - the SafeListing process has been moved to a google form.
This is so the identities and license plates of all vehicles are better protected from public view.
You'll be asked to fill out your email, address, and vehicle information. You'll receive an email confirmation and will be automatically approved as long as the requested vehicle has not been SafeListed for 3 total days in the current month.
