The basic guidelines for architectural changes are below.

Any changes to your property/lot must be submitted and approved by the HOA Board
- Painting your house – if you’re using the pre-approved colors, you do not need Board approval, however, you must submit a notice of intent to ensure the colors are in compliance.

- If you make changes without prior approval, the Board will send written notice of non-compliance
- Fees may be assessed for every month you are out of compliance
