Changes to your Property

The basic guidelines for architectural changes are below. 

  • Any changes to your property/lot must be submitted and approved by the HOA Board
    • Painting your house – if you’re using the pre-approved colors, you do not need Board approval, however, you must submit a notice of intent to ensure the colors are in compliance.
  • Even if your neighbor did it, you still need approval before making any changes
    • This includes installing solar panels
  • If you make changes without prior approval, the Board will send written notice of non-compliance
  • Fees may be assessed for every month you are out of compliance

These points of for quick reference and ease of use – they do not fully cover all text in the CC&Rs – please be sure to read your CC&Rs carefully. If there is any conflict between these bullet points and the CC&Rs, the CC&Rs will prevail in all cases.
