Regarding HOA Fees –
- HOA fees are due the 1st of every month
- If you are 15 days late, you’ll be charged a late fee
- You’ll be charged interest every 30 days you’re delinquent
- You’ll be charged an additional fee for the notice of delinquency letter sent to you
- If you continue to be delinquent, the HOA will send a pre-lien notice and charge a fee for having to send that notice
- Delinquent owners can request a repayment plan that the HOA will vote on and approve/reject
